Framed pressed flowers - handmade herbarium made using UK grown Geraniums - Sale*

Geraniums are an English cottage garden favourite and are also known as Cranesbill because of the shape of the seed pods. These UK grown geraniums are in shades of pink and we pressed them in our Sussex workshop. In this piece of handmade wall art there are three flower stems laid in a row. The pretty pink Geranium flowers symbolise positivity in the language of flowers. These blooms are 100% natural and so always have small imperfections which is part of the charm. This unique gift is inspired by Victorian herbariums where pressed flowers were used for botanical science. The picture frame for this wall art is a contemporary box design in ivory which measures approx 32.5cm x 23.5cm (9 x 13 inches) and approx 3.5cm deep (just under 1.5 inches). The pressed flowers are arranged on A5 white archival acid-free paper with an ivory mount.
