These small white dried flowers make a great addition to dried flower arrangements. These pretty daisy flowers have papery petals in shades of white through ivory, occasionally with a mustard yellow to brown centre.
Each white flower is about one to two centimetres across. The bunch is about 50 to 60 cm long and about 4cm across where tied. There are approx 20 branched stems but this is intended only as a rough guide. Ammobium alatum is from the daisy family and makes a good dried flower, commonly known as Winged Everlasting. The bunches sometimes look a bit untidy, but are great for weddings, flower crowns or in a mixed wildflower bouquet. If the heads tend to nod, they can be straightened by hanging the bunch upside down over a radiator, or strengthening with wire. Not for food use.
*Sale - last few bunches reduced - may more sparse or less tidy than those shown.
