Yellow Sunflowers dried, botanical name Helianthus. These natural golden flowers are great for dried flower arrangements and bouquets. Approx stem length 50cm to 60cm. The yellow dried flowers are supplied as three unbranched stems. Each bloom is around 4cm across and is naturally imperfect. The flowers are usually uneven because when hung upside down to dry, gravity affects the way the petals lie when drying. These blooms were sourced from UK growers and hung up to dry in our own Sussex workshop (see final image, drying alongside British gypsophila). Limited availability. Not for food use.
