These are tiny dry Sea Lavender blooms reminiscent of gypsophila (baby's breath) on branched stems. Each little pink flower has a star-like shape. This Limonium diamond or sinensis is naturally pink not dyed. The colour is variable shades of pale pink and white - think coconut ice! Sea lavender plants are also known as statice. Stem length just under 60cm. The bunch we counted had seven stems. Limonium is often used as a filler amongst larger blooms, or snipped into pieces for use in flower crowns and wreaths.
