A large landscape brass frame with pressed roses from Sussex

Roses are famously the flower of love - tell someone how you feel with this unique frame. Three framed branches of dark red roses pressed side-on in dark burgundy red with leaves and one fully open rose flower. The variety is Rambling Rosie which is semi double and darkens on drying. The large hanging frame in brass is approx 25cm across. Dimensions: width: 0.8cm, length: 25.5cm, height: 34cm including hanger, height 21cm excluding hanger. This landscape rectangular frame has the floating effect by having the picture sandwiched between a front and back pane of glass. The layers open on a hinge, and lock with an easy-to-use clasp. This brass frame is ideal to give as a gift and would make an ideal love token! The hanger is made from olive green velvet ribbon.

Tips for display:

• The flowers are held between two pieces of glass which can be opened via the bolt. We don't recommend opening the frame unless you plan to change the flowers. They are held in place with a tiny dot of clear pva glue on the reverse, seen in the penultimate image.
• For best colour preservation display out of direct sunlight.
