Two framed sprigs of tiny blue pressed Forget-me-nots, botanical name Myosotis sylvatica. Forget-me-nots are symbolic of true love and fidelity, making a beautiful gift of affection. Traditionally Forget-me-nots would be given to a loved one to say "Don't forget me". These UK pressed flowers are 100% natural and were grown in Sussex. These framed flowers are a unique gift.
The see-through frame is made of glass and metal with an antique-style finish. The frame will show whatever background it is hung against. The metal hanging loop has a short length of string attached for convenience. The frame opens on the right via a small metal bolt. Frame size approx 8.5cm by 11.5cm including metal loop and bolt.
Tips for display:
- The flowers are held between two pieces of glass which can be opened via the bolt. We don't recommend opening the frame unless you plan to change the flowers, as the are simply held in place by a couple of tiny dots of acid-free glue. As a precaution we have used a little double sided invisible tape to stop the frame being opened by accident.
- For best colour preservation display out of direct sunlight.
