Metal wire hanging frame circle / hoop

A metal hanging circle for dried flower craft - a ring hoop for wreath making and decorations, size 20 cm diameter. Wrap the flower frame in dried flower stems (available separately) or other wreath making materials. The ring is gold in colour and has an integral hanging loop and string.
