Buy Echinops - globe thistle - dried flower bunch with silvery blue flowers on pale stems. Popular in flower arranging, these spiky relatives of the thistle add an alternative option for Scottish themed weddings or where a metallic tint is preferred. Echinops also adds form to a dried flower bouquet. The dried flower stems are just under 60cm long with around eight to ten stems. Each globe thistle head is about 1 to 3 cm across.
