A relaxing combination of loose dried lavender and dried hop pieces. Both have relaxing aromatherapy properties and are associated with improved sleep. Supplied hand-mixed by us in our workshop to order from British grown hops and fragrant lavender. It is 100% natural - just dried flowers with nothing added.

The mixture can be used as a natural potpourri or in a sleep pillow or sachets. The fragrance will naturally be more subtle than you would get from artificial fragrance oils. Enhance it if you like by adding lavender essential oil, available separately. Not for food use.
