The wild carrot seed heads are woody in texture and naturally mid brown to olive green in colour (randomly supplied). The bunch is just under 60cm long and consists of thirty or more heads, being about 4cm across at the waist where tied with elastic. Each seed pod is approx 2 to 4 cm across.
