Dried British hops in pack sizes 100g (a few handfuls) to 5Kg. Said to aid sleep. 100g is about four large handfuls of hop pieces. This UK grown variety is the famous East Kent Goldings which is said to have a spicy and citrussy aroma within the brewing industry. Try mixing the hops half and half with aromatic lavender. The hop pieces are crushed whole hops so resemble flakes which vary in size from a few millimetres to a couple of centimetres and will contain some dust. The 5Kg pack size comes compressed and vacuum packed so will require breaking up into smaller flakes / pieces. Also available - whole hops.
