These natural dried chestnut brown Birch sticks are a useful filler in dried flower arrangements. One bundle now contains 25 stems (for reference, the smaller bunch in images only contains 10 stems). Each woody bunch is just under 60cm long and can be variable in the amount of branching in each stem. Birch is also known as Betula. Sometimes Birch & Betula stems develop a natural whitish coating ("bloom") on the bark - this is normal. Buy multiple bundles of birch twigs (see last image, left) to make a traditional besom broom - add your own hazel shaft! Another use for a bulk pack of natural birch stems is to tie together to form a waist, creating a free-standing sheaf for home decor. Not for food use.
